She worked overtime, she did foot work, she always took time to meet with me or come to wherever I was, if needed. She stopped at nothing to make sure I got into my dream house and worked hard to ensure great rates. My credit isn't the best and she helped and guided me on since things I could do to repair it. It was not nearly as stressful of a process that most home owners I know tell me about. She made it very easy. She made it look easy and I know that can't be the case, she's just amazing at her job. We had a lot of things happen/change when we were processing our loan & a lot of things happen with the buyers of our "old" home, none of which were Heidi's fault. We originally started with my husband & I both on the loan. I was laid off from my job during this process, so Heidi had to basically start over & do the loan in my husband's name only. My husband had a few things we needed to change on his credit, so Heidi worked through all of that with us. Then, we ended up purchasing a different home than what we originally had on all the paperwork, so we had to switch all of that & redo the paperwork again. It was a new home construction & the Real Estate agents on the construction side were not the easiest to work with. It was very stressful for us, but Heidi walked us through everything & explained every step as we went along. She was much more calm than I would have ever been. We couldn't close on our new house until our old house closed & that closing was pushed out 6 times. We started in April of 2015 & actually closed 3 months later. We had to keep changing the closing date for our new house. In light of all the changes, Heidi made sure we were ready on our end & that we had a smooth closing & a great experience. I would definitely recommend her to family & friends in the future. She's Awesome!!

The apartment situation became so frustrating that I looked into rent to own situations and found I did not qualify. My realtor suggested that I call Heidi to see what could be done. He said she had helped clients of his that were in difficult situations. Heidi was so knowledgeable, understanding and encouraging I decided to give it a shot. I got prequalified and started shopping. She never said anything but my realtor told me she "turned over rocks" to find someone who would give me a loan. It was the easiest major financial transaction I have ever done. In less than 5 months we closed on my new home. The terms and interest rate were better than I could have imagined. Since the closing she has kept in touch and is available for questions and advice. I'm sure it would not have happened without her help. Thanks Heidi!

Heidi finds the best loan for you, not the easiest for her! We worked with Heidi for over three years until we actually closed our loan! (Because of our situation, not because of her!) She really digs into your situation to find the best loan product for your needs, not just the easiest loan for her to close. We had done a short sale in the past and she actually ran us through underwriting early in the process and find an FHA claim on our account. Without the underwriting check (which is rare for that stage in the process) we could have looked clean to close all the way up until being denied at the closing table. But since she really listened to us she found this issue that would prevent us from closing for three years from the date of our short sale. So we purchased our home at exactly 3 years from date of short sale and Heidi got us a great loan to get into our house. A year later when we now qualified for a better conventional loan we did a refi with her as well, lowered our payments and eliminated our PMI. She keeps in contact with you after you close your loan and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. Her integrity is unmatched and she really cares about helping people fit their needs, not over qualify them and disappear after she gets paid. You will not go wrong if you work with Heidi!
