If you've ever done it, you know - Buying a house is stressful! Add in a mix of multiple buyers and a unique property and the financing process can get a bit ... complicated. The last thing you need is a lender who doesn't know how to overcome those hurdles, or has a limited option of loan programs to work with.
Not so with Executive Mortgage Brokers! Heidi worked incredibly hard to get us to close. From knowing the ins and outs of the appraisal and inspection process, working with the various parties to address items as they came up, and getting the package over the finish line and through underwriting, Heidi helped us every single step of the way, if not taking over whatever issue was at hand entirely. I don't know that another lender would have gone above and beyond like she did for us.
Heidi helped us into our forever home, but she'd be the first person I'd call for any of my real estate loan needs.

Heidi finds the best loan for you, not the easiest for her! We worked with Heidi for over three years until we actually closed our loan! (Because of our situation, not because of her!) She really digs into your situation to find the best loan product for your needs, not just the easiest loan for her to close. We had a complex situation and she went above and beyond to provide us with a great closing experience. A year later after getting into our home when we now qualified for a better conventional loan we did a refi with her as well, lowered our payments and eliminated our PMI. She keeps in contact with you after you close your loan and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. Her integrity is unmatched and she really cares about helping people fit their needs, not over qualify them and disappear after she gets paid. You will not go wrong if you work with Heidi!

The hours she spent with us counseling us and educating us on our first home purchase was invaluable. Over the last year she has discussed different mortgage options, estimated monthly payments, worked nights and weekends and provided us with EXEMPLARY customer experience(s). When a federal tax lien carried over to the property we knew in our hearts that she would work tirelessly to resolve the issue in time for closing and she did! We are beyond grateful for her attention to detail and HARD WORK in our favor. We are thrilled with our home, our mortgage, and the support we received through Heidi's hard work.
