I am a First Time Home Buyer. The financial aspect of home buying was made much smoother and easier to manage due to the excellent service provided by Matt Mintz. Matt made sure we put our strongest foot forward so that we were taken serious by the seller. Thanks to Matt’s advice, our first offer was accepted by the seller. During the pre approval process, Matt provided flexibility and patience during submitting during. Our paperwork was also submitted in a very timely fashion within same day notice. Direct and attentive communication assuaged any nerves during closing. During closing, the dates moved up and we never worried because Matt was already working with our insurance agent on our behalf making sure numbers matched. I felt very well taken care of. We love our home. Thank you Matt for being part of the best purchase of our lives. We are looking forward to working with Matt again when we buy another property.

We recently purchased our new home with Matt as our mortgage officer. He did a fantastic job! Houses were selling at a rapid rate with multiple offers being given. He provided us with background financials and tips to securing our home based on the most recent market trends. He made the process very straight forward and had all the paperwork completed three weeks before our closing. This was very impressive as my previous closings did not go so smoothly with last minute items being needed to close. We didn’t want to go through that same stress. Matt assured us that would not be the case, and came through as he promised without any glitches. We really appreciated that Matt stood behind his word. I highly recommend Matt if you are in need of financing for your new home.
